一种前轮距460 mm以内的双前轮摩托车台架试验夹持装置的设计开发

摘要 笔者对前轮距460 mm以内的双前轮摩托车进行了一系列技术和参数调研,在此基础上本着不损坏试验车辆和使结构简单可靠的原则,将传统机械设计和仿真软件中的运动校核相结合,设计开发了一套此类型车辆专用的台架试验前轮夹持装置。 The author conducted a series of technical and parametric investigations on double frontwheeledmotorcycles with the wheelbase no more than 460 mm. Based on the investigations and the principle ofnot damaging the test vehicle and making the structure simple and reliable, the traditional mechanical design andcorrection of motion in simulation software had been combined to design and develop a set of clamping devicefor the bench test of this type of vehicle.
