中国有着五千年文化底蕴,文化精髓植根其中.研究我国高校和谐有效的教育管理思想,从古典文化入手,立足于实际,深入挖掘中国古代经典文学中的内涵,从不同的角度对管理思想进行分析归纳,这对构建高校思政教育管理体系有着重要作用.

China has been rich in culture for five hundred years, therefore the cultural essence has been im- planted in it. Based on the practical situation, by the deep exploration of the connotation of the Classic Chinese literature, we can use the classic culture as a way to study our harmonious and ef- fective higher administrative thoughts. It plays a quite important role for the college ideological and political education administrative system to analyze and conclude the different administrative thoughts from different perspectives.
