康复新液联合红霉素软膏治疗慢性唇炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with Erythromycin Ointment in the treatment of chronic cheilitis

目的探讨康复新液局部湿敷联合红霉素软膏涂布治疗慢性唇炎的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年1月~2017年3月收治的150例慢性唇炎患者,按照统计学随机原则,分为A组(50例)、B组(50例)、C组(50例)。A组患者单用康复新液湿敷,B组患者单用红霉素软膏涂布,C组患者采用康复新液湿敷联合红霉素软膏涂布,比较三组的临床疗效。结果 C组的治疗总有效率(96.0%)高于B组(58.0%)、A组(70.0%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、B组的治疗总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组均未发生明显不良反应。结论康复新液局部湿敷联合红霉素软膏涂布治疗慢性唇炎的效果明显,值得在临床治疗中进一步推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kangfuxin Liquid local hydropathic compress combined with Erythromycin Ointment coating in the treatment of chronic cheilitis. Methods A total of 150 patients with chronic cheilitis admitted into our hospital from January 2016 to March 2017 were selected. According to the statistical random principle, they were divided into group A（50 cases）, group B（50 cases）, and group C（50 cases）. Group A was given Kangfuxin Liquid local hydropathic compress. Group B was given Erythromycin Ointment coating. Group C was given Kangfuxin Liquid local hydropathic compress combined with Erythromycin Ointment coating. The clinical curative effect among the three groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of group C（96.0%） was higher than that of group B（58.0%） and group A（70.0%）, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total effective rates of group A and group B were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no obvious adverse reactions occurred in the three groups. Conclusion The effect of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with Erythromycin Ointment in the treatment of chronic cheilitis is significant. It is worthy of further promotion in clinical treatment.
