2015～2017年潮州地区无偿献血者血液检验结果分析

Analysis of blood test results of voluntary blood donors in Chaozhou area from 2015 to 2017

目的研究潮州地区无偿献血者的血液检验结果。方法选择2015年1月~2017年12月潮州地区25 488例无偿献血者作为研究对象,分别进行乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)、丙型肝炎病毒抗体(抗-HCV)、梅毒螺旋体抗体(抗-TP)、人类免疫缺陷病毒抗体(抗-HIV)以及丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)检验。结果不同性别献血者的血液检验阳性结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2016、2017年潮州地区无偿献血者的不合格人次所占百分比与2015年比较,差异均有统计学意义(χ~2=7.235、5.194,P<0.05)。其中以体重为不合格最常见的因素,占61.1%,与其他项目比较,差异均有统计学意义(χ~2=51.206、58.708、66.724、71.194、73.675,P<0.05)。结论潮州地区无偿献血者经过血液检验,发现存在少量不合格现象,应受到临床广泛关注,加强献血前筛查及管理工作,保障血液安全有效,为临床治疗提供保障。

Objective To study the voluntary blood donor′s test results of blood checked in Chaozhou district. Methods Altogether 25 488 voluntary blood donors checked from January 2015 to December 2017 in Chaozhou area were chosen as study objects. The hepatitis B surface antigen（HbsAg）, antibody to Hepatitis C virus（anti-HCV）, anti-TP（anti-Treponema pallidum）, antibody to Human immunodeficiency virus（anti-HIV） and alanine aminotransferase（ALT） were detected. Results There were significant difference in blood test positive results between blood donors of different sexes（P〈0.05）. The percentage of unqualified blood donors in Chaozhou district in 2016 and 2017 was significantly different from that in 2015（χ-2=7.235, 5.194, P〈0.05）. Weight was the most common factor, accounting for 61.1%. Compared with other items, the difference was statistically significant（χ-2=51.206, 58.708, 66.724, 71.194, 73.675, P〈0.05）. Conclusion After blood test, a small number of unqualified blood donors in Chaozhou area have been found, which should be paid more attention in clinic. Screening and management before blood donation should be strengthened to ensure the safety and effectiveness of blood and provide guarantee for clinical treatment.
