精细化管理在层流手术室环境及设备管理中的应用效果

Application effect of refined management in the environment and equipment management of laminar flow operating room

目的探讨精细化管理在层流手术室环境及设备管理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年1~12月收治的90例在层流手术室接受治疗的患者作为研究对象,按照层流手术室实施精细化管理前后为对照组(45例)与观察组(45例)。对照组按照规范对层流手术室环境及设备实施管理,观察组采用精细化管理。比较两组的术后感染发生率、空气洁净度达标率。结果观察组患者术后感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的空气洁净度达标率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论层流手术室环境及设备采用精细化管理可有效提高设备管理水平,保证层流手术室的空气洁净度,降低患者术后感染发生率,推广使用价值较高。

Objective To explore the application effect of refined management in the environment and equipment management of laminar flow operating room. Methods Ninety patients treated in the laminar flow operating room from January to December 2014 were selected as the study subjects. Patients were divided into the control group（45 cases） and observation group（45 cases） according to before and after the refined management of the laminar flow operating room.The control group was given management of the laminar flow operating room environment and equipment according to the specifications, and the observation group was given refined management. The incidence of postoperative infection and the compliance rate of air cleanliness were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of postoperative infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The compliance rate of air cleanliness in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Refined management applied in the environment and equipment management of laminar flow operating room can effectively improve the equipment management level, ensure the air cleanliness of the laminar flow operating room, and reduce the incidence of postoperative infection, which has a high promotion and use value.
