循证护理在缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿护理中的应用效果

Application effect of evidence-based nursing in neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy

目的探讨循证护理在缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿护理中的应用效果。方法选取2015年7月~2017年7月我院收治的66例缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿作为研究对象,按照随机原则将其分为对照组和观察组,每组33例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予循证护理。比较两组患儿的治疗总有效率,护理前后神经行为评分及12个月时智能发育商各项评分。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。入院时两组患儿神经行为评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后两组患儿神经行为评分明显高于入院时(P<0.05);护理后观察组患儿神经行为评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿12个月时智能发育商各项评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将循证护理应用于缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿的护理中可提高临床治疗效果,促进患儿神经行为的改善及智力的发育,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy. Methods Sixty-six neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy admitted to our hospital from July2015 to July 2017 were selected as the study subjects, they were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of randomization, with 33 cases in each group, the control group received routine nursing, while the observation group was given evidence-based nursing on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate, neurobehavioral score before and after nursing and IQ scores at 12 months were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in neurobehavioral score between the two groups at admission（P〉0.05）; After nursing, the neurobehavioral scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those at admission（P〈0.05）, and the neurobehavioral scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. The scores of intelligence development quotient in the observation group at 12 months were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy can improve the clinical therapeutic effect,promote the improvement of neurobehavioral and the development of intelligence, and is worthy of clinical application.
