护理干预在下肢骨折患者术后肿胀中的应用效果

Application effect of nursing intervention on postoperative swelling in patients with lower limb fracture

目的探讨护理干预在下肢骨折患者术后肿胀中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年1月我院收治的66例下肢骨折术后肿胀患者进行前瞻性对照研究,按照随机均等原则将其分为研究组(n=33)与对照组(n=33)。对照组患者实施常规护理,研究组患者在对照组基础上给予护理干预。比较两组患者的肿胀程度、消肿时间及简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能(FMA)评分。结果研究组患者干预后的肿胀程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的患肢消肿时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者干预前的FMA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者干预后的FMA评分均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者干预后的FMA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下肢骨折术后肿胀患者实施护理干预的效果更为理想,能减轻肿胀程度,缩短消肿时间,改善肢体运动功能,值得进行深入研究和推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention on postoperative swelling in patients with lower limb fracture. Methods A total of 66 cases of patients with postoperative swelling of lower limb fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected for prospective control study. According to the principle of random equality, they were divided into the study group（n=33） and the control group（n=33）. The control group was given the routine nursing, and the study group was given the nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The degree of swelling, detumescence time and Fugl-Meyer motor function（FMA） scores were compared between the two groups. Results The degree of swelling after intervention in the study group was lighter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The duration of limb detumescence in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the FMA scores before intervention between the two groups（P〉0.05）. The FMA scores after intervention in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The score of FMA after intervention in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients with swelling after lower extremity fracture is more effective, which can reduce the degree of swelling, shorten the time of swelling elimination and improve the function of limb movement. It is worthy of further study and promotion.
