综合护理在剖宫产术后腹胀中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing on abdominal distension after cesarean section

目的探讨综合护理在剖宫产术后腹胀中的应用效果。方法选取2016年5月~2018年2月我院收治的48例剖宫产术后腹胀患者作为研究对象,根据护理方法不同将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各24例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予综合护理。比较两组患者的并发症总发生率、排气时间、护理总满意度、始动泌乳时间、泌乳量及泌乳充足情况。结果观察组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的排气时间为(18.24±3.11)h,短于对照组的(40.21±2.51)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的始动泌乳时间短于对照组,泌乳量多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的泌乳充足率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理应用于剖宫产术后腹胀,可以缩短术后排气时间,降低腹胀产妇并发症发生情况,提高护理满意度,促进产妇母乳喂养,应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing on abdominal distension after cesarean section. Methods A total of 48 patients with abdominal distension after cesarean section admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to February 2018 were selected as objects. According to the different nursing methods, they were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 24 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing. The total incidence of complications, exhaust time,total satisfaction of nursing, initial lactation time, lactation volume, and adequate lactation were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The exhaust time in the observation group was（18.24±3.11） h, which was shorter than that in the control group of（40.21±2.51） h, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total nursing satisfaction degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The time of initial lactation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, the volume of lactation was more than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The rate of lactation adequacy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing to abdominal distention after cesarean section can shorten the postoperative exhaust time, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the nursing satisfaction and promote maternal breastfeeding, which has a high value of application.
