晨间人文关怀护理在血液病住院患者中的应用效果

Application effect of morning humanistic care in hospitalized patients with blood diseases

目的探讨晨间人文关怀护理在血液病住院患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年6~12月宜春市人民医院血液内科的82例血液病住院患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组各41例。对照组患者行临床常规护理模式,研究组患者在对照组基础上给予晨间人文关怀护理。比较两组患者的护理满意评分、临床护理效果与护理舒适度。结果研究组患者主动服务、病情观察、生活护理、服务态度及病区环境方面的护理满意评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的疾病治疗信心、管床护士知晓及自我观察意识评分均高于对照组,心理焦虑状态评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的护理舒适度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上,血液病住院患者应用晨间人文关怀护理的效果更加明显,可改善患者心理状态,提高护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of morning humanistic care in hospitalized patients with blood diseases. Methods A total of 82 hospitalized patients with blood diseases treated in the hematology department of people′s hospital in Yichun City from June to December 2017 were selected as objects. They were divided into the control group and the study group, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was given clinical routine nursing, and the study group was given morning humanistic care on the basis of the control group. The nursing satisfaction score, clinical nursing effect and nursing comfort degree of patients were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction scores in the aspects of active service, condition observation, life care, service attitude and ward environment in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The scores in the aspects of disease treatment confidence, tube bed nursing awareness and self-observation consciousness in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the score of psychological anxiety was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The degree of nursing comfort in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinically, the effect of morning humanistic care is more obvious in hospitalized patients with blood diseases, which can improve the psychological state of patients and improve the satisfaction of nursing. It is worthy of promotion and application.
