主要照顾者护理培训对脑卒中患者康复的影响

Influence of nursing training in primary caregivers on rehabilitation of stroke patients

目的探讨主要照顾者的护理培训对脑卒中患者康复的影响。方法选取2015年1月~2017年5月我院收治的100例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,按照对患者照顾者护理指导方式的不同分为对照组(n=50)与研究组(n=50)。对照组采取常规指导模式,研究组在常规指导基础上对患者主要照顾者实施护理培训,比较两组的结果。结果研究组照顾者关于脑卒中护理知识的掌握率为96.0%,高于对照组的82.0%(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者的BI评分均高于护理前,且研究组患者的BI评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中患者的主要照顾者进行护理培训,可提高其对脑卒中护理知识的掌握能力,并对脑卒中患者康复有正性影响。

Objective To explore the influence of nursing training in primary caregivers on rehabilitation of stroke patients. Methods A total of 100 stroke patients treated in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the subjects. According to the different nursing guidance of the caregivers on stroke patients, they were divided into control group（n=50） and study group（n=50）. In the control group, the routine guidance mode was used, while in the study group, on the basis of the routine guidance, nursing training was conducted for the primary caregivers of patients.The outcomes were compared of the two groups. Results In the study group, mastery of nursing knowledge on stroke was 96.0%, higher than that in the control group accounting for 82.0%（P〈0.05）. After the nursing, BI scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing. The BI score in the study group was higher than that of the control group after nursing（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing training for the primary caregivers of stroke patients can improve their ability to master stroke knowledge and has a positive impact on the recovery of stroke patients.
