摘要
基于历史性的考察和分析,改革开放40年来民族地区中小学教师队伍建设取得了突出的成就。中国特色社会主义的民族地区中小学教师队伍建设体制基本形成,其中涵括了民族地区中小学教师队伍建设指导思想的深化、建设内容的不断丰富、建设方法逐步走向多元化与本土化等,提高了我国民族地区中小学教师队伍的整体质量和水平,适应了义务教育优质均衡发展对高素质的中小学教师队伍的需要。
Based on the historic investigation and analysis, the staff construction of the middle and primary schools in ethnic regions in the past 40 years since reform and opening has obtained outstanding achievement. The staff construction system of the middle and primary schools in ethnic regions with the Socialism of Chinese characteristics has basically taken shape. The guiding principle of the staff construction has been deepened; the construction content has been continuously enriched; and the construction ways have gradually entered into multiplicity and localization. These measures have improved the overall quality and level of the middle and primary schools’ staff in ethnic regions and met the demand of high-quality teaching staff in order to adapt to the good-quality and balanced development of compulsory education.
