政府、社会民间组织及个人力量对乡村传统民族文化发展作用研究

On the Function of Government,Social and Civilian Organization,and Individual Force to the Development of Rural Ethnic Traditional Culture

乡村传统民族文化是乡村振兴的重要载体,近些年较多学者已经逐渐认识到传统文化在社会治理中的重要性,并提出了相关论点。本文基于实地调查,考察一个自然村落是如何利用传统音乐文化来改变其生计方式,分析三种社会力量对传统文化发展的影响,其中政府力量对民族地区的文化发展起到了指导作用,社会力量对村寨精神文化和物质文化的发展起到了促进作用,村民个人的力量使精神文化现象升华为精神文明成果。三种力量相互交织,有效促进传统乡村文化的发扬。

Rural ethnic traditional culture is an important carrier to rural development. In recent years, quite a few scholars have gradually realized the importance of traditional culture in the social governance and put forward relevant ideas. Based on field investigation, this paper investigates how a natural rural community changes their living style by making full use of traditional music culture, and analyzes the impact of three social forces to the development of traditional culture. Among them, the government force has exerted guiding function to the cultural development of the ethnic regions; the social force has exerted promotion function to the development of the rural spiritual and material culture; and the individual force of the villagers has uplifted the spiritual culture into spiritual civilized fruits. The three forces complement each other and effectively push forward the advancement of the rural traditional culture.
