两广地区物流从业人员幸福感影响因素多元回归实证分析

An Empirical Analysis of the Factors Influencing Sense of Happiness of Logistics Practitioners and its Multiple Regression in Guangdong and Guangxi

物流从业人员幸福感的研究有利于提升物流活动的效率和效益,而影响物流从业人员幸福感的因素是深入研究的关键。基于文献综述和相关理论的研究基础,通过深入访谈法,从定性层面提出影响物流从业人员幸福感的因素。在定性分析基础上,运用统计数据分析软件spss22.0,采用进入回归分析方法,对两广地区物流从业人员的幸福感现状展开研究,得出显著正向影响物流从业人员幸福感的因素,并在数据运算结果上得出两广地区物流从业人员幸福感的多元回归模型和正向显著影响因素的理论模型。研究结论对提升两广地区物流从业人员幸福感的途径具有一定的指导和现实意义。

The study of the happiness sense of logistics practitioners is beneficial to improve the efficiency and benefit of logistics activities, and the factors that affect the happiness sense of logistics practitioners are the key to further research. Based on the research basis of literature review and related theory, the factors influencing the happiness sense of logistics practitioners are put forward from the qualitative level through in-depth interview method. On the basis of qualitative analysis, using the statistical data analysis software spss22.0, and using the entry regression analysis method, this paper studies the present situation of the happiness sense of logistics practitioners in Guangdong and Guangxi, obtains the factors that have a significant positive impact on the happiness sense of logistics practitioners, and obtains the multiple regression model of the happiness sense of logistics practitioners in Guangdong and Guangxi and the theoretical model of positive and significant influencing factors on the results of data operation. The research conclusion has certain guidance and practical significance to improve the happiness sense of logistics practitioners in Guangdong and Guangxi.
