摘要
采用角色压力量表和职业倦怠量表对122名来自审监庭的法官进行调查,发现:法官角色压力为中等偏上,职业倦怠程度为中等偏下;不同性别法官的角色压力差异具有统计学意义,男性法官的角色模糊得分显著高于女性法官;汉族与少数民族法官角色压力差异不具有统计学意义;不同年龄法官的角色压力及角色模糊和角色负荷差异具有统计学意义;法官角色压力总分和角色冲突、角色负荷因工作的满意程度不同存在统计学意义的差异。高角色压力组的职业倦怠显著高于低角色压力组的职业倦怠。角色压力及其角色模糊、角色负荷因子均与职业倦怠显著相关;且角色模糊和角色负荷能显著预测职业倦怠,总预测值达22.6%。指导法官们理解角色内涵,学习人际沟通技巧,增强自我减压能力,提高工作满意度,避免加深他们的职业倦怠感,将有利于维护心理健康和缓解角色压力。
After the investigation of 122 judges from the trial court judge with role stress scale and job burnout scale, this research discovered: the role stress of judges is above-average while the degree of job burnout is medium-low; there is statistical significance on the role of the pressure with different gender – the male judges’ score of role ambiguity is higher than the female judges’; there is no statistical significance between the Han nationality and other minorities on judge role stress; there is statistical significance among different ages on role stress, role ambiguity and role of the load difference; there are statistical significant differences among the total score of role stress, role conflict, role of the load because of different levels of satisfaction. High role stress group of job burnout is significantly higher than low role stress of job burnout. Role stress, its role ambiguity and role of the load factor significantly associated with job burnout. And the role ambiguity and role of the load can predict job burnout significantly with a total predictive value of 22.6%. Guidance of role connotation, improvement of interpersonal skills, enhancement of the reliving capacity, increase of job satisfaction and avoidance of deepening their sense of job burnout and alleviate the pressure of the role will be conducive to maintaining mental health.
