我国生态文明建设公众参与研究起步较晚,但发展迅速。学术界已从理论渊源、参与主体、参与渠道、参与制度、区域公众参与问题、参与中存在的问题、提升参与效度的对策等方面开展了研究。但还存在着研究范围不够广泛,研究深度需要加强等问题。
