The 19 th CPC National Congress has made a series of major achievements in politics, theory and practice. It is the primary political task of the whole Party, the whole country and the future period to learn and carry out the spirit of the 19 th CPC National Congress. This paper discusses how to closely relate the spirit of the 19 th CPC National Congress with the teaching of ideological and political theory course, ＂Basic Principles of Marxism＂, in Colleges and universities.
