摘要
基于对山东省省属本科高校的课程改革与建设的调研,研究针对课程改革与建设成果转化执行力不足甚至出现退步的问题,分析原因并提出了构建课程改革与建设成果转化执行力的措施。研究认为:成果转化执行力不足主要是因为重视改建而忽视应用、重视形式而忽视内容、重视制度保障而忽视效果评价所致,因此构建省属本科高校课程改革与建设成果转化执行力需要明确课程改建内容的应用性和实践价值,明确师生的主体责任,加强师资队伍建设及教学领域培训,实行过程管理和目标管理,构建过程跟踪评价机制和评价体系。
Based on the investigation of curriculum reform and construction of undergraduate universities in Shandong province, according to the problems of insufficient enforcement and retrogression of transformation of curriculum reform and construction achievement, the corresponding reasons are analyzed and some relative measures are put forward. The main reasons are due to emphasis on reconstruction, form and system protection but ignoring application, content and evaluation of the effect. Therefore, in order to strengthen the enforcement of curriculum reform and construction achievement, it is needed to clarify the application and practical value of curriculum reconstruction content; the main responsibilities of teachers and students should be clearly defined; the construction of teachers and training in the teaching field should be strengthened; the implementation of process management and goal management should be applied, and meanwhile the process tracking and evaluation mechanism and evaluation system are to be established.
