基于社区卫生服务的医学生公益创业平台实践——以漯河医专“健康社区公益服务平台”为例

Practice of Community-health-service-oriented Public Entrepreneurship Platform for Medical Students:Taking the Public Service Platform for Healthy Community in Luohe Medical College as an Example

随着医疗卫生体制改革的不断推进和健康中国战略的落地实施,传统的医疗卫生服务体系已经无法更好地满足社区居民日益增长的健康需求,亟需一种新兴力量来更好地为社区居民提供健康指导服务。医疗卫生服务本身有很强的公益性,医学生服务社会的热情很高,但在开展公益服务过程中也面临诸多难题,需要建立一种良性循环的模式来支持医学生开展公益创业。基于社区卫生服务的大学生公益创业平台既能够完善社区卫生服务的体系和工作内容,又能为医学生开展创新创业提供一个良好的渠道。医学院校应通过开设公益创业教育相关课程、拓展公益创业基地、搭建公益创业平台、加强公益创业实践等措施,支持和引导医学生开展公益创业,促进其成长成才。

With the continuous advancement of the reform of medical and health system and the implementation of the healthy China strategy,the traditional medical and health service system has been unable to meet the growing health needs of the community residents so that there is an urgent need for an emerging force to provide health guidance services to the community residents.However,although medical and health service has a strong public welfare,meanwhile medical students have a high enthusiasm for serving the society,they face many difficulties in the process of public welfare service.So it is necessary to establish a good model to support medical students to develop public welfare entrepreneurship.The Community-health-service-oriented public entrepreneurship platform for college students can not only improve the system and content of community health service,but also provide a good channel for medical students to develop innovation and entrepreneurship as well.Medical colleges should support and guide medical students to develop public welfare entrepreneurship by offering courses related to public welfare entrepreneurship education,expanding public welfare entrepreneurship bases,building public welfare entrepreneurship platforms,and strengthening public welfare entrepreneurship practices,etc.
