浅谈单独设置精神医学专业的优缺点及建议

The Advantages,Disadvantages and Suggestions of Setting up the PsychiatricSpecialty Separately

精神医学专业是我国临床医学专业中的特设专业之一。长期以来,尤其是在住院医师规范化培训背景下,是否应该单独设置精神医学专业还有争论。本文分析单独设置精神医学专业的优缺点,提出设置精神医学专业比通过临床医学培养、毕业后从事精神科工作更适合我国精神卫生现状的建议。同时提出单独设置精神医学执业医师考试方向、完善精神科住院医师规范化培训、注重精神医学专业课程的"全面"与"特色"、强调人文医学课程的教学效果、注重精神医学专业学生专业认同,以期为相应的教学改革研究提供参考。

The psychiatric specialty is one of special specialties in the major of clinical medicine specialty in China.But for a long time,especially under the standardized training of residents background,there is still a dispute on whether setting up psychiatric specialty.In this paper the advantages and disadvantages about psychiatric specialty being set up was analyzed,and put forwards that psychiatric specialty was more appropriate than training model about beginning to work as a psychiatric doctor after graduation of clinical medicine specialty for the status of mental health in China.And put forwards that licensure examination for psychiatrist should be set up,improving the standardized training of residents for psychiatrist,being paid attention to comprehensive and characteristic in curriculum system of psychiatric specialty,emphasizing the teaching effect in courses of humanity medicine and being paid attention to professional identity on students majoring in psychiatry,and in order to provide reference for educational reform.
