科研培训对临床实践能力培养的影响与作用——临床医学专业硕士研究生培养模式探索

Influence and Impact of Research Training on Training of Clinical Practice Ability: Exploration on Training Mode for the Master's Professional Degree Postgraduates of Clinical Medicine

目的科研能力与临床实践能力的训练是临床医学专业学位研究生培养过程中同等重要的内容,本研究目的在于研究临床医学专业硕士研究生培养过程中科研培训对其临床实践能力培养的影响与作用。方法收集我院近三届毕业的临床医学专业硕士研究生的学位论文题目与科研成果产出情况,分析不同科研选题类型及科研产出水平对研究生临床实践能力结业考核成绩的影响。结果选题为临床实践总结型研究的研究生,其结业考核成绩高于选题为临床应用型研究的学生,但差异无统计学意义;科研产出水平位于额外产出档的研究生,结业考核成绩显著优于基本产出档和高产出档的学生,高产出档研究生在结业考核操作部分成绩显著低于其他两个档的学生。结论选择与临床实践关系更加密切的科研题目,以及投入适中的时间与精力进行科研训练,有助于促进临床医学专业硕士研究生临床实践能力的培养。

Objective Training of scientific research and clinical practice ability are both crucial contents during the process for cultivating the master＇s professional degree postgraduates of clinical medicine,our study aims to study the influence and impact of research training on training of clinical practice ability for the master＇s professional degree postgraduates of clinical medicine.MethodsThe academic dissertation titles and the research achievements for the master＇s professional degree postgraduates of clinical medicine in our hospital in the recent three years were collected,and the impact of the types of research topics as well as the levels of research achievements on the graduation examination results for the clinical practice ability were analyzed.Results The graduation examination scores for the postgraduates who choose the clinical practice summary research were higher than those who choose the clinical application research,while no significant difference can be detected;the graduation examination scores for the postgraduates who achieved the additional output for research were significantly higher than those who achieved the basic and high output for research,the graduation examination scores of operation part for the postgraduates who achieved high output for research were significantly lower than other postgraduates.Conclusion To choose the research topics having a close relationship with the clinical practice,and to invest the moderate the time and energy into the research training,help to improve the clinical practice ability training for master＇s professional degree postgraduates of clinical medicine.
