西安市某高校临床医学专业学位研究生临床能力训练状况调查与思考

Survey on the Clinical Skills Training Program among Graduate Medical Student in Xi'an

了解临床医学专业学位研究生临床能力训练的基本情况。使用自制问卷《临床医学专业学位研究生临床能力训练情况调查表》,对西安市某高校临床医学专业学位研究生进行在线调查。学生普遍对临床能力训练认知度较高,能严格按照培养计划完成临床实践工作,大部分学生能比较熟练地掌握临床技能。但也存在部分轮转科室、导师对研究生临床能力训练不够重视、不能保证专人带教、出科考核不规范等问题。学校应与实习医院更加密切合作,加强学生岗前培训,规范轮转科室管理,重视导师队伍建设,严格出科考核内容及程序及完善培训方式,全面提高临床专业学位研究生的临床实践能力及职业能力。

To assess the effectiveness of clinical ability training program among clinical medical graduate student.An online survey was conducted on the clinical medical graduate student by using a selfmade clinical competency training questionnaire at a university in Xi＇an.Students had a high awareness of the clinical ability training program,and were able to successfully complete the clinical practice requirements based on the training plan.Most students have acquired relatively high-level proficiency in clinical skills.However,future attention should be added on the tutor＇s emphasis on care and concern for students＇ clinical training from particular departments in which lack of adequate specialist training and departmental examinations were lack of consistent procedures in teaching affiliated hospital.University should collaborate more closely with affiliated teaching hospitals,strengthen prejob training for students,standardize the management of rotation departments,attach importance to the construction of tutors,have clear and consistent procedures for the assignment of student＇s duties,and improve the training methods to comprehensively improve the clinical practice ability for clinical graduate students.
