摘要 目的探索内科护理学课程中实施PBL融合传统见习的模式对学生学习倾向与学习投入的影响。方法为295名护理学专业三年级本科生实施PBL融合传统见习模式,采用改编的"学习倾向、学习投入及能力提升问卷"评价,对实施前及实施后的结果进行比较。结果学生在学习倾向和学习投入各维度上得分均有显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);学生自述提升最大的能力是团队合作能力(4.11±0.67分),其后依次为自主学习能力、资料获取能力和解决问题能力等。结论在护理实践课程中开展PBL融合传统见习模式,有助于提升学生的学习倾向和学习投入,为国内护理院校的临床实践课程改革提供借鉴。 Objective To explore the influence of PBL combined with traditional probation on students' learning orientation and learning engagement in medical nursing course.Methods 295 grade three nursing undergraduates received PBL combined with traditional probation,and the adaptation of the learning orientation,learning engagement and ability enhancement questionnaire was used.The results before and after implementation were compared.Results Students' post implementation scores on learning orientation and learning engagement have been improved compared with the scores before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).The biggest improvement in students' self-report is teamwork capability(4.11+0.67),followed by self-learning ability,data acquisition ability and problem-solving ability.Conclusion PBL combined with traditional probation in nursing practical courses is beneficial to promote students' learning orientation and learning engagement,which provides reference for practical curriculum reform in domestic nursing colleges and universities.
