SPOC在口腔正畸学实习教学中的探索与实践 被引量:14

摘要 口腔正畸学实习的传统教学模式效率较低,随着市场对口腔正畸医生需求的增加,各大口腔院校扩招后教学条件和教育规模发展不平衡问题突显。近年来,SPOC(small private online course,小规模限制性网络课程)在国内外高等教学中迅速升温且收效良好。口腔正畸教研室结合学生的特点及口腔正畸实习专业性和实践性,率先将SPOC应用于口腔正畸实习教学,积极探索高效提升学生标准化操作的教学模式。本文对SPOC发展简史、SPOC在医学中应用的可行性、课程改革的实施及评价进行分析,并探讨了SPOC应用于口腔正畸学实习的优点及不足,为互联网+时代口腔医学实习教学提供了一种新的教学模式。 In the traditional orthodontics practicum,teachers explain why and how to make orthodontic appliances in the class.However,the limited teaching facilities couldn't meet the increasing market demand for orthodontists.Recently,SPOC,small private online course,has been explored and rapidly used in higher education for its well teaching effect at home and abroad.Based on the study ability of the students,the practical and special characterizes of orthodontic practicum,we introduced SPOC in orthodontic practicum timely,aiming to explore a mixed teaching method which may improve the standard orthodontic skills in pre-clinic training.The history of SPOC,the necessity of mixed teaching method in medical education,the process of class design as well as the assessment of SPOC in orthodontic practicum were discussed.Moreover,the pros and cons were analyzed after we mixed SPOC with our traditional teaching mode.This mode may be a novel teaching method in the future dental practicum in the internet+era.
