铸造用醇基涂料基本性能的研究分析

Study and analysis on basic properties of alcohol-based coatings for castings

制备了含有莫来石的醇基涂料试样,探究了莫来石加入量分别为0、10%、20%、50%时,对石英粉体系醇基涂料的密度、悬浮性及涂刷指数等性能的影响。结果表明:随着莫来石含量的增加,涂料的相关性能随之呈现增强或减弱的趋势。其中,加入量为10%时对涂料的基本性能指标影响最小。

The samples of alcohol-based coatings containing mullite have been prepared, and the effect of addition of mullite at 0, 10%, 20%, and 50% on the density, suspension and coating index properties of the quartz powder system alcohol-based coatings has been investigated. The results show that with the increase of mullite content, the related properties of the coatings increase or decrease. Among them, the addition of 10% has the least influence on the basic performance index of the coatings.
