摘要
利用铸件本体材料成分分析、力学性能分析、X射线探伤、金相检验、断口微观形貌观察等手段对ZL201A铝合金低压铸造轮辐断口进行了失效分析研究。结果表明,断口形貌显示裂纹产生于工件阳极氧化之后,零件内部组织中分布于晶界的T相和杂质相相对于基体组织韧性较差,断口是金属材料内部组织的微观薄弱部位,受外力重击时,该处首先萌生细小裂纹并迅速扩展,当外应力超过材料最小截面的破坏强度时,在最小截面处形成宏观裂纹。
The analysis and research of fracture failure of low pressure casting for ZL201A aluminum alloy hub spoke have been carried out by means of material composition analysis, mechanical property analysis, X-ray inspection, metallographic examination and fracture micro-morphology observation. The results show that the fracture morphology shows that the crack is generated after the anodization of the workpiece. The T phase and the impurity phase distributed in the grain boundary of the part are inferior to the matrix structure. The fracture is the microscopic weak part of the internal structure of the metal material. When a heavy blow occurs, the small crack is first generated and rapidly spreads. When the external stress exceeds the failure strength of minimum cross section of the material, the macroscopic crack has been formed at the minimum section.
