摘要 分析了Cr12MoV钢弯曲翻边模的失效原因,并研究了不同回火温度对Cr12MoV钢韧性及硬度的影响。结果表明:碳化物的网络状分布是裂纹扩展的"路径"。Cr12MoV钢的硬度随着回火温度的升高逐渐降低;冲击韧度未见明显规律性变化,然而回火温度400℃时,Cr12MoV钢可达到3.3J/cm^2的冲击韧度。 The failure causes of Cr12MoV steel bending and flanging die have been analyzed, and the effects of different tempering temperatures on the toughness and hardness of Cr12MoV steel have been studied. The results show that the network-like distribution of carbides is the "path" of crack propagation. The hardness of Cr12MoV steel decreases with the increase of tempering temperature; there is no obvious regular change of impact toughness. However, when the tempering temperature is 400℃, Cr12MoV steel can reach the impact toughness of 3.3 J/cm^2.
