摘要
通过对80t电炉进行技术改造,采用铁水倾翻装置连续兑加铁水至电炉内,通过控制吹氧操作,有效降低电炉冶炼成本,缩短冶炼周期,提高钢水收得率,实现节能降耗,增产增效。
Through the technical transformation of the 80t electric furnace, the hot metal has been continuously added to the electric furnace by the hot metal tilting device. By controlling the oxygen blowing operation, the smelting cost and smelting cycle of electric furnace have been effectively reduced while the hot metal yield has been increased. Thus in this way, the energy saving and consumption reduction has been realized while the production and efficiency have been improved.
