大型炼钢用渣盆经济快捷性制造技术研究

摘要 为了充分利用(电弧炉、转炉)炼钢生产的富余钢水,打破炼钢用渣盆传统铸造方式,采取渣盆敞口端朝下、底部在上的新型铸造工艺,在"非铸造现场"-炼钢有限的场地直接进行了渣盆的现场经济性快速制造;通过设计仿形"钢制砂胎"、"随形砂箱"等钢制模型与工装具的结构创新,降低了渣盆类铸件的"砂铁比",避免了渣盆铸件生产过程中铸型的反复"翻转",减少了生产场地的占用和炼钢行车的使用频次,提高了渣盆铸件生产的适应性,做到了与用户的共赢。 In order to make full use of the surplus molten steel in steelmaking (electric arc furnace and converter), the selection of slag pot pouring position for steelmaking breaks the traditional casting method. A new casting process has been adopted with the slag pot open end down and bottom up. In the "non-casting site"—the steelmaking limited on-site, the economical and quick manufacturing has been directly carried out. Through the structural innovation of steel models and molds such as steel sand tire and shaped sand box, the"sand-iron ratio"of slag pot castings has been reduced, and the repeated "flipping" of molds in the production process of slag pot castings has been avoided. The occupancy of production sites and the frequency of steelmaking crane operation have been reduced while the adaptability of slag pot castings has been improved. Finally, the win-win benefit has been gained together with the users.
