丹参注射液联合前列地尔对缺血性肠病患者疗效及血浆D-二聚体的影响

Effects of Danshen Injection Combined with Alprostadil on Efficacy and Plasma D-dimer in Patients with Ischemic Bowel Disease

研究参丹参注射液对缺血性肠病患者的疗效及其对血浆D-二聚体水平的影响。选取45例缺血性肠病患者随机分为观察组(23例)和对照组(22例),对照组患者在一般治疗基础上,给予前列地尔治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予丹参注射液治疗。结果显示,与对照组比较,观察组总有效率显著增高(91.67%vs81.82%,P<0.05),肠供血恢复时间、肠功能恢复时间、便血消失时间和腹痛缓解时间显著缩短。且观察组血小板功能及D-二聚体水平改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结果提示丹参注射液联合前列地尔可以显著改善缺血性肠病患者的血凝状态,提高疗效。

To study Danshen Injection on the cured effect and the level of plasma D- two dimer in patients with ischemic bowel disease. 45 patients with ischemic bowel disease were randomly divided into the observation group （23 cases） and the control group （22 cases）. The control group was treated with alprostadil on the basis of general treatment. Patients in the observation group were treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection on the basis of the control group. Results showed the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （91.67% vs 81.82%, P 〈 0.05 ）. The time of intestinal blood supply recovery, intestinal function recovery time, blood disappearance time and abdominal pain remission time were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group. The improvement of platelet function and D- two dimer level in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （ P 〈0.05）. Salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with alprostadil can significantly improve the coagulation state and improve the curative effect of patients with ischemic bowel disease.
