摘要
目的:评价人性化护理在人工膝关节置换术护理中的应用效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年1月-2018年1月收治的350例人工膝关节置换术患者作为研究对象,按照病床单双号将其分为对照组175例采用常规护理,研究组175例给予人性化护理干预,对比患者的护理满意度及平均住院时间等指标。结果:对照组患者护理满意度为84.0%,低于研究组的94.9%,对照组患者平均住院时间为(11.6±1.7)d,长于研究组患者平均住院时间(8.7±1.2)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理在人工膝关节置换术护理中应用,护理满意度高,平均住院时间短,护理价值高,值得临床推广。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the application effect of humanistic nursing in artificial knee replacement surgery.Method:A total of 350 knee replacement patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the number of sick bed sheets,they were divided into control group,175 cases treated with routine care,and study group,Humanized nursing interventions were conducted.compared the patient's satisfaction with nursing and the average length of stay.Result:The satisfaction rate of 84.0% in the control group was lower than that in the study group(94.9%),the average length of stay in the control group was (11.6±1.7)days,which was longer than (8.7±1.2)days in the study group,the differences were all statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Humanized nursing is applied in artificial knee joint replacement surgery.It has high nursing satisfaction,short hospital stay,and high nursing value.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
