护理干预对血液灌流联合透析治疗尿毒症患者缓解皮肤瘙痒的效果

Nursing Intervention on Relieving Pruritus in Uremia Patients with Hemoperfusion and Dialysis

目的:研究分析对血压灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者实施护理干预的临床效果。方法:选取2015年4月-2017年8月笔者所在医院接收的尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者74例,所有患者均接受血压灌流联合血液透析治疗,对照组使用常规临床护理,研究组则在该基础上,实施具有针对性的护理干预,对两种护理方法的应用效果予以对比。结果:研究组患者的皮肤瘙痒缓解率同对照组相比明显更高,研究组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床上,对血液灌流联合血液透析治疗的尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者实施护理干预,其效果明显,值得使用。

ObjectiveTo study and analyze the clinical effect of nursing intervention on patients with uremia pruritus treated by blood pressure irrigation combined with hemodialysis.Method：74 patients with uremic pruritus received in our hospital from April 2015 to August 2017 were treated with blood pressure infusion combined with hemodialysis.The control group used routine clinical care,and the research group implemented targeted nursing interventions on this basis.The results of the two nursing methods were compared.Result：The rate of skin pruritus relief was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the degree of nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,which showed statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In clinical,the use of pruritus nursing intervention of uremia patients with hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis treatment,the effect is obvious,it is worth using.
