克霉唑阴道片联合氟康唑胶囊治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床效果

Clinical Effect Analysis of Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets Combined with Fluconazole Capsules in the Treatment of Recurrent Vulvovaginal Candidiasis

目的:分析克霉唑阴道片与氟康唑联合治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(RVVC)的临床效果。方法:随机选定2015年10月-2017年10月者所在医院收治的92例RVVC患者,随机分观察组、对照组,每组样本容量46例。对照组采纳克霉唑阴道片治疗,观察组采纳克霉唑阴道片联合氟康唑治疗,比较临床疗效、临床症状消失时间、复发率。结果:观察组临床总有效率(95.65%)显著较对照组(78.26%)高,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.133 3,P=0.013 3)。观察组排尿痛、白带异常、腰腹疼痛、外阴瘙痒症状消失时间分别是(2.23±0.26)、(1.21±0.06)、(3.68±0.42)、(2.12±0.12)d;对照组分别是(3.26±0.34)、(2.14±0.14)、(5.28±0.55)、(2.89±0.17)d,观察组显著较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(t=16.321 2、41.411 2、15.681 1、25.097 2,P<0.01)。观察组复发率(6.52%)显著较对照组(32.61%)低,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.945 9,P=0.001 6)。结论:克霉唑阴道片与氟康唑联合可有效改善RVVC患者病情,缓解临床症状,降低复发率,值得借鉴。

ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical effect of combination of Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets and Fluconazole in the Treatment of Recurrent Vulvovaginal Candidiasis（RVVC）.Method：From October 2015 to October 2017,92 patients with RVVC admitted to our hospital were randomly selected.the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The sample capacity of each group was 46 cases.The control group was treated with Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets.The observation group was treated with Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets combined with Fluconazole,the clinical efficacy,clinical symptom disappearance time and recurrence rate were compared.Result：The total clinical effective rate of the observation group（95.65%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（78.26%）,there was significant difference（ 字2=9.133 3,P=0.013 3）.The disappearance time of dysuria,vaginal discharge,waist and abdomen pain and genital itching in the observation group were （2.23±0.26）,（1.21±0.06）,（3.68±0.42）,（2.12±0.12）d,respectively.The control group were （3.26±0.34）,（2.14±0.14）,（5.28±0.55）,（2.89±0.17）d,respectively,and the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group,there were significant differences（t=16.321 2,41.411 2,15.681 1,25.097 2,P〈0.01）.The recurrence rate of the observation group（6.52%） was significantly lower than that of the control group（32.61%）,there was significant difference（ 字2=9.945 9,P=0.001 6）.Conclusion：The combination of Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets and Fluconazole can effectively improve the condition of RVVC patients,relieve clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate.It is worth learning.
