医护一体化对留置中长导管患者的依从性及治疗效果的影响

Influence of Medical Care Integration on Compliance and Therapeutic Effect of Patients with Indwelling Catheter

目的:探讨医护一体化对留置中长导管患者的依从性及治疗结果的影响。方法:将306例静脉营养支持患者随机分为研究组和对照组,各153例,对照组由责任护士单方面与患者沟通,研究组采取医护一体化护理沟通模式。比较两组患者相关指标。结果:研究组患者接受留置中长导管比例(98.0%)、患者患肢功能锻炼执行率(80.4%)、患者的满意度(99.3%)、护理效率(86.9%)均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取医护一体化护理模式,患者留置中长导管的依从性更高,更全面地以患者为中心,更好地保护了患者的血管通路,保证了术后的营养,减轻了痛苦,增加了舒适度,提高了患者的满意度、临床护理的工作效率及医疗护理质量。

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of medical care integration on compliance and therapeutic effect of patients with indwelling catheter. Method：306 patients with venous nutrition support were randomly divided into the study group and the control group（153 cases each）.The control group was communicated by the responsible nurses unilaterally with the patients,and the study group adopted the integrated nursing communication mode.The relative indexes of the two groups were compared.Result：The patients in the study group received long catheter rate（98.0%）,the patient’s limb function exercise rate（80.4%）,patient satisfaction（99.3%）,nursing efficiency（86.9%） were significantly better than those of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： With the integrated care model of medical care,the compliance of the long catheter in the patient’s indwelling is higher,the patient is more comprehensive,the patient’s vascular access is better protected,the postoperative nutrition is guaranteed,the pain is reduced,the comfort is increased,the patients’ satisfaction,the efficiency of clinical nursing,medical treatment and nursing quality are improved.
