摘要
为了提高粉煤热解技术中高温含尘煤气气/固分离的效率,本文从粉煤热解产生细粉的特性出发,分析了气/固分离对除尘器的要求。基于旋风分离器的工作原理及其在粉煤热解技术中主要任务,提出了提高旋风分离器捕集1~5μm的细粉能力的技术方案,包括采用蜗壳式旋风分离器聚集入口细粉、锥部抽气、增加二次分离、结构参数组合优化等。
In order to improve the efficiency of the hightemperature dust-containing gas/solid separation in the pulverized coal pyrolysis technology, the requirement of gas/solid separation to the dust collector is analyzed based on the characteristics of the fine powder produced from the pyrolysis of the pulverized coal. Based on the working principle of the cyclone separator and its main task in the pulverized coal pyrolysis technology, a technical scheme for improving the capability of the cyclone separator to trap the fine powder of 1 to 5μm is proposed, including using a spiral cyclone separator to collect the inlet fine powder, extracting the air from the cone, increasing the secondary separation and optimizing the structural parameter combination.
