摘要
本文围绕莱钢焦化厂筒仓建设期间煤厂单种煤库存受限,各单矿点煤种配合调整,配煤结构中焦肥煤比例变化与焦炭质量对应关系不确定性,以及湿熄焦炭冷态强度波动等问题展开对比分析与试验研究,先后通过配煤结构多次优化调整、干湿熄焦焦炭性质对比分析进行技术攻关与对比研究,最终找出最佳配比与焦炭质量的对应关系,为以后干熄焦检修及筒仓建成使用后,单一矿点煤种配煤确保焦炭质量合格稳定,提供科学合理的理论及实践依据。
The comparative analysis and experimental study on the problems of the single coal inventory limitation during the silo construction of Laiwu Coking Plant, the adjustment of the coal type in each single ore station, the change of the coke-coal ratio in the coal blending structure, the uncertainty of coke quality corresponding relationship and the cold state strength fluctuation of the wet quenching coke are carried out,and the corresponding relationship between the optimum ratio and the quality of the coke is finally found through several times optimization of coke blending structure and comparison and analysis of the coke properties of the dry and wet coke quenching, and provides a scientific theory and practical basis for the stable coke quality of coal blending of single ore station after the maintenance of dry quenching and maintenance and the completion of the silo construction.
