成都地区酒店新风热湿分室处理的可行性 被引量:1

摘要 酒店客房新风系统主要任务是满足客房人员卫生需求,新风系统所负担客房入住率反映了新风需求量,入住率越低系统新风需求量越小。传统新风系统采用热湿集中处理,往往不能适应新风需求变化造成能源浪费,故提出新风分室处理的空调方式。以成都地区某酒店为例,分别计算了新风系统热湿分室处理和集中处理全年运行能耗,通过比较得出了前者具有很好节能效果,且节能效果与系统所负担房间的入住率有关,入住率越低节能效果越好。计算、校核了常规风机盘管的处理能力,得出采用新风分室处理并不需要增加末端风机盘管容量即可满足除湿和冷量要求。同时分析、解决了几个新风送风方式的问题。 Fresh air handling unit is mainly utilized to meet the health needs of personnel. The occupancy rate reflects' the demand for fresh air. The lower the occupancy rate, the smaller the demand for fresh air. The conditioning treatment of traditional fresh air handling unit is focused. The traditional fresh air system adopts centralized treatment to heat and humidity, which is often unable to adapt to the change of fresh air demand and even caused the energy waste. Therefore, the air conditioning method of the new air compartment treatment is proposed. Taking a hotel in Chengdu as an example, with an hourly dynamic simulation method, the annual energy consumption of the hot and humid compartment treatment and centralized treatment of the fresh air system are calculated respectively. The comparison shows that the former has good energy efficiency, and the energy - saving effect is related to the occupancy rate of the room under the system. The lower the occupancy rate, the better the energy efficiency. The influence of various factors on the calculation results is also analyzed. The calculation and checking of the processing capacity of the conventional fan coils shows that the treatment of the fresh air compartment does not require the increase of the end fan coil capacity to meet the dehumidification and cooling requirements. Meanwhile, the problems of several fresh air supply modes are analyzed and solved. Finally, it is concluded that the system is adapted to the use characteristics of hotel room, with good energy efficiency, low cost, and no need to increase any control system, easy to promote.
