Development and Suggestion of the Whole Air Tightness of Buildings in China

摘要 随着我国建筑节能工作的不断深入开展,建筑围护结构整体气密性逐渐成为影响建筑能耗的一个主要因素。然而我国对建筑气密性的要求主要针对外窗、外门、幕墙等单一构件,忽视建筑整体气密性的重要作用。通过分析我国建筑整体气密性研究和应用中面临的主要问题和难点,提出我国未来开展建筑整体气密性的技术保障措施及政策保障建议。 With the further development of building energy efficiency in China, the whole air tightness of building envelope becomes a major factor affecting the building energy consumption. However, our requirements for building air tightness often focus on single components such as doors, windows, curtain wall, ignoring the importance of building whole air tightness. Main problems and difficulties are analyzed as well as applications of the whole air tightness of buildings in China, proposing the technical guarantee measures and policy guarantee of whole air tightness domestically in the future.
