摘要
基于目前世界性能源紧张的现状,在大型公共建筑中利用新能源、提高能源利用效率、实施智能化管理已成为建筑运行管理的有效节能途径。以济南市某办公楼为例,该建筑采用了太阳能——土壤源热泵、红外线自动照明控制等系统。研究以该办公楼中采用的数据采集及自控系统为研究对象,着重分析其HVAC、智能照明2部分自控系统的组成及运行现状,并在节能分析的基础上总结得到各自的优化控制方法。在此自控系统节能分析的基础之上,最终以系统集成的角度分析了大楼内新能源及可再生能源的利用情况,并阐释智能建筑中多个自控系统集成对于建筑能量管理的节能作用。
Based on the current situation energy, improving energy utilization efficiency of world energy constraints, taking the advantage of new , implementing intelligent management are effective energy saving ways of building energy management. Solar energy - soil source heat pump, infrared automatic lighting control and other systems are used in an intelligent office building in Jinan. The data acquisition and automatic control system of this office building is studied, the composition and operation of the control system of HVAC and intelligent lighting are analyzed, based on the energy saving analysis. On the basis of and the optimal control strategies are summarized analyzing the automatic control system and energy saving, the point of view of system integration, this paper analyses the building of the new energy and renewable energy use, indicating the multiple control in intelligent building system integration for the energy -saving effect of building energy management.
