摘要
分析了目前我国集中供热的收费现状,给出了供热节热系数与连续供热节热时间之间的关系式,指出热用户允许供热节热时间小于连续供热节热时间作为确定热用户最小供热用水量的原则,分析了供热计量收费系统中一、二次网连接有不同性质的热用户时在供热节热和升温供热过程中水力工况的变化情况。
This paper analyzes the current situation of charge of central heating in our country. The relationship between the heating coefficient of heat supply and the heating time of continuous heating are given. It is pointed out that the users allow the heating time to be less than the continuous heating time as the principle of determining the minimum heating water consumption of the heat user. In the heating metering and charging system, the primary and secondary net connected with various customers, the hydraulic condition in the process of heating is analyzed.
