近十年针刺治疗落枕的临床选配穴规律分析

The Law of Clinical Optimum Acupuncture Selection on Stiff Neck of Last Ten Years

目的总结近十年针刺治疗落枕的临床优选腧穴配伍规律,为临床选穴提供参考和理论依据,从而更好地指导临床治疗该病症。方法以中国知网数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普全文期刊数据库为基础,建立针灸数据库,将2007年至2017年发表的248篇文献进行整理、筛选,对腧穴选用的频次和归经进行统计分析和聚类分析。结果研究共纳入有效穴位42个,总使用频次为183次,涉及的经络有9条,还包括6个经外奇穴。结论针刺后溪、外劳宫、绝骨穴治疗落枕疗效突出,且为最核心的配伍组合。

Objective： To summarize the law of clinical optimum selection of the acupuncture treatments on stiff neck of last ten years to provide reference and theoretical basis for clinical selection,so as to better guide the clinical treatment of the disease. Methods： A database of acupuncture and moxibustion was established on the basis of CNKI,Wanfang database and Weipu full-text periodical database. The 248 articles published in 2007-2017 years were sorted and screened. The frequency and meridian selection of acupoints were analyzed with statistical analysis and cluster analysis. Results： 42 effective acupoints were included in the study,and the total frequency of use was 183 times. 9 meridians were involved,as well as 6 extra meridian points. Conclusion：Acupuncture at Hou Xi,Wai Lao Gong and Yue Gu point is very effective on stiff neck,which is the core combination of compatibility,providing the basis for clinical practice.
