参附注射液对脓毒症患者心肌损伤的临床研究

P rotective Effect of Shenfu Injection on Myocardial Injury in Septic Patients

目的观察参附注射液配合西医疗法对脓毒症心肌损伤的保护作用。方法 60例脓毒症合并心肌损伤患者随机分为两组。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予参附注射液静脉泵入治疗,两组疗程均为1周。治疗后比较两组患者血清肌钙蛋白(cTnI)、B型脑钠肽(BNP)及左室射血分数。结果治疗后,两组患者血清cTnI及BNP水平均显著低于治疗前(P <0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后,两组患者左室射血分数均显著升高(P <0.05),且治疗组显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论参附注射液能提高脓毒症心肌损伤患者的左室射血分数,降低血清cTnI及BNP水平,从而改善心功能。

Objective： To observe the protective effect of Shenfu Injection combined with Western medicine on sepsis induced myocardial injury. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given conventional treatment with Western medicine. The treatment group was treated with Shenfu Injection intravenous infusion on that basis,and both were treated for 1 week. After treatment,serum cTnI,BNP and left ventricular ejection fraction were compared between the two groups. Results： After treatment,the levels of serum cTnI and BNP in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatmen（P〈0.05）,and the decrease effect on cTnI and BNP levels in the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction of the two groups increased significantly（P〈0.05）,and the increase of left ventricular ejection fraction in the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Shenfu Injection can improve the left ventricular ejection fraction and reduce the levels of serum cTnI and BNP in septic myocardial injury patients,so as to improve the function of heart.
