垂直轴风轮叶片翼型的性能对比分析 被引量:2

摘要 提出基于Profili软件与Fluent软件的风力机翼型性能快速准确对比方法。基于正问题设计给出一种新的叶片翼型,对比新翼型和初始翼型的几何形状、气动系数和流场分布情况。研究发现:新翼型上下表面的压差明显增大,其综合特性优于初始翼型。采用数值模拟和试验研究相结合的方法,对采用上述两种翼型的垂直轴风力机的气动性能进行分析。结果表明:推动新风轮的合力矩要高于初始风轮受到的合力矩,新风力机的启动特性有了明显改善,单位时间的发电量至少增加了10%。 A fast and accurate contrast method for the performance of wind turbine airfoil based on Profili and Fluent software was proposed. A new airfoil was obtained by using the positive problem design method. Based on it, the geometrical shape contrast, the aerodynamic coefficient contrast and the distribution contrast of flow fields were analyzed. It is found that the aerodynamic performance of the new airfoil is better than one of the initial airfoil and the pressure difference of the top and bottom surfaces of the new airfoil is also increased significantly. By adopting the combination of numerical simulation and the experimental study, the aerodynamic performance of the wind turbine including the new airfoil was compared with one of the wind turbine including the initial airfoil. It is shown that the resultant moment of the new wind wheel is higher than one of the initial wind wheel. The starting characteristic of the new wind turbine is obviously improved and the generated energy per unit time is increased at least by 10%.
