板材自动倒角及涂漆设备的研发

摘要 为了提高板材刮边倒角、涂漆工段的生产率,减少人工操作,采用电机、气动等传动装置,开发了通过PLC控制整套系统运行的设备,可以实现自动刮边倒角、自动涂漆、烘干和立角倒角4个工位的自动化。 In order to improve the production efficiency of the plate scraping and chamfering, painting section,to reduce manual operation, a set of equipment was developed. Through the use of motor and pneumatic transmission device, its entire system was controlled with Programmable Logical Controller (PLC). Automatic scraping and chamfering, automatic painting, drying and vertical angle automatic chamfering for four working positions are realized.
