摘要
为充分提高全自动双道打捆机抽丝力,利用AMESim软件平台对打捆机送抽丝液压系统进行建模仿真,综合分析抽丝过程中马达、泵、蓄能器、管路和阀件参数对马达速度响应和扭矩特性等系统性能的影响,并采用双因素方差分析法验证因素影响显著性,最终提出优化方案并应用于打捆机。
For fully improving wire-drawn force, wire-fed and wire-drawn hydraulic system in double-groove binding machine was modeled and simulated by AMESim. A comprehensive analysis of motor, pump, accumulator, pipeline and valve parameters’ influences on the motor speed and torque response in the wire-drawn process was shown. Two-factor analysis of variance was used to verify significance levels of factors. Finally the optimal design was proposed and applied to the binding machine.
