大型风电齿轮箱行星架-销轴系统有限元分析 被引量:6

摘要 利用有限元方法对某兆瓦级风电齿轮箱中的行星架-销轴系统结构进行分析,在综合考虑行星销轴与孔过盈配合影响以及行星轴受载情况下,研究行星架-销轴系统在额定工况下的应力与变形分布情况。其后以轻量化为目标,对行星架结构进行优化,通过计算机辅助工程技术,验证改进结构的合理性。此结构行星架连接板以及销轴均开孔,质量与原始行星架系统相比减轻了约12%。此研究结果为行星架-销轴系统的设计和实际应用提供了参考。 The planetary carrier and shaft system in the gearbox which was used in the megawatt class wind turbines was studied by finite element method. Considering the interference fit and loading on planetary shaft, the stress and deformation distributions of planetary carrier and shaft system under the rating condition were investigated. Then the structure of planetary carrier was optimized with the purpose of less weight. Finally, the improved structure of both the junction plate and planetary shaft with openings is reasonable by the use of CAE technology, which is about 12% lighter comparing to the original structure. The results provide reference for the design and practical application of planetary carrier and shaft system.
