摘要 对一种隔膜式蓄能器的损坏机制进行了研究,基于ANSYS软件对不同工作压缩比下的隔膜变形情况进行计算,分析了隔膜与支撑环之间的摩擦碰撞;搭建蓄能器隔膜磨损实验台,对不同压缩比下蓄能器隔膜的变形与磨损进行实验研究,进一步验证了数值仿真结果。研究结果表明:蓄能器的使用压缩比超出其许用压缩比之后,隔膜和支撑环之间的相互碰撞摩擦是致其失效的主要原因。 The damage mechanism of a diaphragm accumulator was studied. The deformation of the diaphragm with different compression ratios were calculated using ANSYS software. The friction collision between the diaphragm and the support ring was analyzed. The friction test rig of diaphragm accumulator was built, moreover, the deformation and friction of the diaphragm were studied experimentally in different conditions, the results further validated the numerical results. This study shows that the failure of the accumulator is mainly caused by the friction collision between the diaphragm and the support ring when the compression ration exceeds the permitted value.
