水相中Cu^(2+)/脯氨酸锂微波辅助合成吡咯[1,2-a]喹喔啉衍生物的研究

摘要 建立了一种简单实用、经济高效的以2-碘芳胺与吡咯甲醛为原料,氯化铜为催化剂,脯氨酸锂为配体,100℃条件下水相中一锅法合成吡咯[1,2-a]喹喔啉衍生物的微波催化体系,一系列的吡咯[1,2-a]喹喔啉衍生物被较好地合成出来,最高产率可达到81%。 Microwave-assisted organic synthesis of pyrrolo [1,2-al quinoxaline derivatives through the reaction of 2-iodoanilines with 2-formylazoles was investigated by using CuCl2 as catalyst, proline lithiumas ligand at 100℃ in water. A variety of pyrrolo [1,2-a] quinoxalines could be synthesized in good tohigh yields up to 81%.
