摘要
利用微波辐射技术合成了16个未见文献报道的新型含1,2,4-三唑希夫碱结构的脱氧胆酸化合物,该方法具有反应时间短、产率高等优点;其结构经光谱和元素分析所确证。分别进行其对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、绿脓杆菌和大肠杆菌的抗菌活性测试。初步结果表明部分化合物对绿脓杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有很好的抑菌效果。其中化合物8d具有潜在的药物应用前景。
Sixteen novel deoxycholic acid derivatives incorporating two 1,2,4-triazole Schiff bases moiety were synthesized using microwave irradiation. The methodology was associated with shorter reaction time and good yields. Their structures of the synthetic compounds were characterized by spectral data and elemental analysis. The in vitro antibacterial activity of the target compounds had been evaluated against Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Eseheriehia eoli. Preliminary bioassay results showed that part of the prepared compounds exhibited promising antibacterial activity against P. aeruginosa and S. aureus. Specifically,compound 8d was the most potent candidate among the tested compounds.
