Research Progress on Tissue Culture of Lycoris Plants

石蒜是一类集园林观赏、药用、经济等价值于一体的植物,传统的分球繁殖方法已经无法满足市场需求,只有采用组织培养技术才能使石蒜属植物更好、更快地繁殖发展。本文对石蒜属植物组织培养技术的研究进展进行了阐述,探讨了石蒜属植物组培技术中存在的问题及研究前景,以期为进一步推动石蒜属植物组织培养研究提供一定的参考。

Lycoris radiata is a kind of plant with ornamental,medical and economical value.Traditional ball breeding methods have been unableto meet the market demand,only using tissue culture technology can the Lycoris plants propagate better and develop faster.This paper summarized theresearch progress on the tissue culture technology,and the problems and prospects of plant tissue culture in Lycoris radiata were also discussed,in orderto provide the valuable references for further study of Lycoris plant tissue culture.
