系统护理对双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者认知功能的干预效果分析

Effect of Systematic Nursing Intervention on Cognitive Function in Bipolar Disorder Patients with Manic Episode

目的:研究系统护理对双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者认知功能的作用。方法:观察60例双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者进行不同方案护理的效果,以常规护理为对照,分析系统护理价值。结果:在瞬时记忆、长时记忆、短时记忆及记忆商数方面,护理后观察组WMS各项评分均高于对照组,且观察组WAIS-RC中语言智商、操作智商及智商评分均高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:系统护理是一种科学的护理方案,能改善双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者认知功能,有利于患者康复。

Objective：To study the effect of systemic nursing on cognitive function in manic episodes of bipolar disorder.Method：A total of 60 patients with bipolar disorder with manic episodes were observed for the efficacy of different care programs.The routine care was used as a control to analyze the value of systemic care.Result：In terms of transient memory,long-term memory,short-term memory and memory quotient,WMS scores in the observation group after nursing were higher than those in the control group,and in WAIS-RC,the language IQ,operational IQ and IQ scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Systematic care is a scientific care program that can improve cognitive function in patients with manic episodes of bipolar affective disorder,which is beneficial to the recovery of patients.
